Elizabeth Wood (she/her) began her career as a US Nuclear Navy officer, after graduating from the US Naval Academy with degree in Physics and an advanced degree in Engineering Management. Her early career consists of nearly 15 years in the Nuclear Energy Field as a nuclear Naval officer and civilian with Arizona Public Service at Palo Ver
Elizabeth Wood (she/her) began her career as a US Nuclear Navy officer, after graduating from the US Naval Academy with degree in Physics and an advanced degree in Engineering Management. Her early career consists of nearly 15 years in the Nuclear Energy Field as a nuclear Naval officer and civilian with Arizona Public Service at Palo Verde Nuclear Generating station. After the arrival of her two children, she shifted gears in an attempt to create a health balance of family-time, meaningful employment and volunteer work. She currently juggles work as an Organizational Development consultant, Founder and educator at Matrescence: 4th Trimester Planning and Support as well as her various volunteer positions.

Leigh Lewis (she/her) worked for several years in the field of community mental health in AZ before relocating to the Pacific NW for medical school ultimately graduating from Bastyr University and going on to complete a 2-year post-graduate training program in integrative women’s health. Leigh has been in private practice as a naturopathic physician and acupuncturist since 2003 and is credentialed by NAMS as a certified menopause practitioner, ABORM as a fellow of oriental reproductive medicine, PSI in perinatal mood & anxiety disorders as a prescriber, and by the state of AZ as a women’s health specialist. She has been a board member with PSI-Arizona since 2019 and is excited to help people suffering from perinatal mood and anxiety disorders get the help they need.

Jill Heath (she/her) is a licensed physical therapist and is the owner of She PT. She is passionate about empowering women to take charge of their physical health in order to move and feel their best. She specializes in women's pelvic health, including issues related to pregnancy and postpartum recovery. She received a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Northern Arizona University in 2006 and further training in pelvic floor rehabilitation.
Through her experience as a mother of two kids and helping women throughout postpartum recovery, Jill is passionate about supporting parents through all aspects of the transition to parenthood.

Transplants from the beautiful Pacific Northwest, Caitlin, her husband and three children have been happily nestled in the west valley since 2017. Following the birth of her first daughter, she knew something wasn’t right and soon thereafter dedicated her life and career to empowering and uplifting mothers and families through all things birth and postpartum. Caitlin started her private practice, SageWise Wellness, LLC, in April of 2021, providing specialized perinatal mental health treatment to mothers and families across Arizona. Specially trained in maternal mental health, Caitlin received her PMH-C certification through Postpartum Support International in 2020. In effort to provide cohesive wrap-around care, Caitlin became a certified birth doula in 2021 and specializes in helping expectant families manage anxiety and prepare for birth and the postpartum period.

As a doctoral candidate, Roxana aims to add to the understanding of how untreated trauma can impact attachment. Roxana identifies as a BIPOC, and strives to bring a cultural perspective to any role. She is a proud mother of 4 children, and enjoys sharing her experiences with new parents.

Diane has worked in the mental health field and has served the community in
many capacities for over 27years. She graduated from NAU with a BA in
Psychology in 2002. Diane then moved to Pasadena, CA to attend Fuller
Theological Seminary and graduated in 2004 with a Masters in Multicultural
Ministries and Hispanic Studies. In 2009, Diane went back to graduate school at
Grand Canyon University and graduated in 2011 with a double Masters in
Professional Counseling and Addictions Counseling. She is a Licensed
Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Independent Substance Use
Counselor (LISAC) as well as an Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Approved
Clinical Supervisor. Diane is a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional and
a Certified EMDR therapist and an Approved EMDR Consultant in Training who
specializes in working with women and families in the perinatal period by
helping new parents adjust to the changes in life, processing birth trauma or
previous trauma as well as treating Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders.

With PSI, Brittany hopes to reach more families experiencing perinatal or postpartum difficulties and to embrace them with compassion, education, and resources.
