🌟 4th Trimester Instagram Contest Alert! 🌟

The PSI-AZ 4th Trimester Instagram Contest (the "Contest") is designed to engage the community and promote awareness of the 4th Trimester Conference. The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, or any other social media used throughout the Contest.

The Contest is open to residents of the state of Arizona, United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Board Members and Independent Contractors of PSI-Arizona (the "Sponsor"), their immediate family members, and persons living in the same household are not eligible. The Contest is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

By participating, the Entrant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of PSI-Arizona as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Contest.

Entries will be accepted online starting on February 7, 2024, and ending February 14, 2024. All online entries must be received by February 14, 2024, at 11:59 PM MST.

Entry into the Contest must follow the outlined steps in the promotional materials. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

• Participants share their #1 tip for staying mentally well during the 4th trimester as comments on our Instagram carousel.
• Utilize Question Stickers for daily engagement and additional contest entries through our Instagram Stories.

1. Follow @PSI-AZ and @4thtrimesteraz on Instagram.
2. Like the contest announcement post.
3. Comment on the post with their top tip for mental wellness during the 4th trimester, using the hashtag #PSIAZ4thTrimester.
4. For a bonus entry, participants can share the contest announcement (carousel) to their Instagram Story.
5. For another bonus entry, participants can answer the daily question in our Instagram Story, published daily during the contest period.

Three (3) winners will each receive two (2) tickets to the 4th Trimester Arizona Conference.The Winner(s) of the Contest will receive tickets to the 4th Trimester Arizona Conference. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

Winner(s) will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. Winner(s) will be notified by Instagram Direct Message within five (5) days following selection. PSI-Arizona shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

By entering this content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), You understand and agree that PSI-Arizona, anyone acting on behalf of PSI-Arizona, and PSI-Arizona’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Contest, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

PSI-Arizona reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond PSI-Arizona’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Contest.

By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless PSI-Arizona and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from such entrant’s participation in the Contest and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof.

THIS CONTEST IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND ARIZONA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES.
